I've been working on the Crossing Cultures Care Team Implementation Guide for some time now, actually well before I knew anything about Advocacy Teams.  There are similarities between this practice and those I worked with in the past, Assertive Community Treatment Teams, Child Family Support Teams, etc., evidence based Team Care Practices.  Combining these tested EBPs with practice based knowledge of those already implementing Care Teams, this guide has become something close to my heart.  It offers a practical resource for those who feel called to come alongside cross-cultural workers and missionaries serving far from home. Caring well for the people we send isn't just a nice add-on — it's essential to their longevity, health, and fruitfulness on the field. My hope is to offer you this framework I've seen work, one rooted in real relationships, intentional support, and the kind of steady commitment that carries workers through the long haul.  Watch for it, I'll make it available here and/or also through Amazon.
